Dyal Homes was founded in 2016 with a simple belief: that the Midlands deserved better property development. Not just homes that met a specification, but homes that genuinely raised the bar — in design, in quality, and in the way they were delivered.
Starting with a single residential project in Telford, we have grown steadily into one of the region's most respected independent developers. Today we work across three core disciplines — bespoke homes, apartment schemes and commercial conversions — bringing the same level of ambition and attention to detail to every project we take on.
We are a small, focused team. That means every project gets our full attention — from the first site visit to the final handover. We don't spread ourselves thin, and we don't compromise on what matters.
